Passengers should always confirm any special request with the concerned carrier. Passengers should reconfirm their reservations on the return trip with the airline at least 72 hours prior to their travel. Passengers should reconfirm any hotel or STPC involved in the itinerary. Passengers should verify that they carry proper documentation during their travel as per their itineraries. Refund penalty will be applicable for refund of any ticket that is refundable as per the policy of each ticket contract in addition to a service charge or processing fee.
